and the hearts all over the world tonight ;

training was awesomely awesome!
i played non-stop throughout.
especially with the robot machine, omg stamina killer man, left me breathless.
had competitions with the guys, i won! but tough fight though.
and here i declare, my laqiu improved tremendously! (thanks brohwee)
so now i'm totally drained off with aching arms- yes again, i'd better start lifting weights.
