its funny how things can seemed beautiful
yet it shadows hideous facts.
its contridicting how speeches are said so wonderfully,
yet it camouflage blatant insults.
its disbeliving how someone puts up a splendid image,
yet truth is, an evil serpent under all coverage.
it weird how sometimes people smiles could brighten your day
yet its made to reveal bogus impulsiveness.


JUST LIKE A ROSE
(incredibly dazzling)
BUT IN NATURE, ITS GROWN WITH THORNS
(the concrete actuality behind all fairytales)
AND IT MAKES ONE BLEED IF WE GRAB IT TOO HARD
(eventually detrimental due to incessant drive)


it takes two hands to clap.
there's no rainbow without rain
there's no happiness without hurt
there's no love without sacrificing
there's no receiving without giving


i hope things would get better.
i sincerely do.
