BACK. from band camp. :) i had fun. from the drills in the morning to the bbq to me walking alone in school at night to the blindfolding walk.. everything was rather enjoyable. well,of cos there may be things which affected our mood that day but whattheheck. nobody cares about the cocky. haha x) anyway its a form of relaxation. had been studying,you know.uh huh.haha =) i didnt get enough sleep that night. my head was lying on a music stand. kept waking up. it was feeezing cold. russell was super noisy, aloy left me and slept on a table, and the seniors went home early in the afternoon. urgh- and i was walking around the band room becos i couldnt get to sleep. mitch thought i was sleep walking. HAH! x) i was the first to get ready in the morning. woke aloy up and left the others sleeping. cos we're the only two who is going for the exchange. ira and siha met us later and we set off with the band. :) the exchange was held in nyp. the several schools who took part was ftp regent bedoknorth hougang and nyp. the pieces were nice. just that i couldnt stand him conducting. haha x) anyway weepeng was there. oh man.i miss that girl hell lots~ hougang played american salute and the siferno thingy. many many solos was played by anchun. gosh.that guy. super power la! haha =) we missed the combined bands part. where they played starflight overture and american ellergy. due to some unforseen cirumstances, i left. we left i meant. but fortunately the trumpet solo was played my shimin, according to my sister. (who played the oboe solo too.*claps!) whew~ guess i didnt miss anything except his thankyou speech. and my sis said he was cute.dammit.haha x) next saturday. hougang and regent's coming to our school for another exchange. we will be playing american riversong. nice piece.i like. haha x) after much nagging from qianying wenting and aloy, i still cant make up my mind of i wanna play for this exchange. probably i'll just pop by the band room? i dont know. hey peeps, its my prelims coming up la. sorry- =( i really wanted to la. (you know it.cos there are bound to be gaga-ings,right aloy?haha) sigh.sorry.. =( wipe your tears and rid your fears. everything would be ALRIGHT. chin up,patrina! =) |
